Obi's Blackbean Shrimp by Adora & Guy

The rice took forever and we were so hungry, tipsy and by the time it was done Guy was tied up on his phone so he was unable to take the finished presentation photo...regrettably. `120 shrimps I had to shell, CRAZY, enough to feed an army. I doubled the recipe and used 2 lbs medium frozen shrimp. I spent approx $30. We each happily devoured enough for 2, and there are about 10 servings still left over! ***** Healthy ***** Inexpensive **** and half stars for Delcious Flavour. (Creamy Cajun Lobster Bisque is tough to beat)

Garlic

Did you know 1 clove of raw garlic contains as much antibiotics as about a hundred thousand units of penicillin?

My Creamy Cajun Lobster Bisque

I made this and realize my recipe has bare minimum spices. I suggest doubling it and no such thing as too much garlic, and add red pepper flakes for a real kick.

My date has declared this the most delicious soup he has ever had.
